Support between sessions & service terms
- Single sessions include no between-session messaging.
- Four-session packages include up to four brief email or text exchanges in total and expire 90 days after purchase.
- Monthly plans include two 60-minute sessions and up to four brief email or text exchanges per month, with a one-month prepaid minimum and no long-term commitment.
- Brief questions can ordinarily be answered in approximately five minutes. The normal response target is two business days. Substantial deal evaluations and involved coaching discussions belong in scheduled sessions.
- Paid appointments require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule, with one courtesy emergency exception.
Paid sessions are planned for Zoom. Online payment, package tracking and automatic renewals are not yet connected or available on this website. A 48-hour cancellation deadline before renewal is proposed, subject to verification of payment-provider capabilities and final terms.

Payment and delivery status
Online paid booking, package balances and monthly renewal workflows are not active on this website. Final payment terms, unused-session handling and any recurring-payment consent must be reviewed before checkout is enabled. A purchase is not available from this page.
